Location: Mississauga, Canada (Onsite)
Job Type: 12+ Months Contract

As a Senior Developer, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, perform validation for all testing types and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Roles and Responsibilities
- At least 8 to 12 years of experience in Java hands‑on development
- Experience in Java 8, REST, Springboot, Microservices, Kafka or MQ, OpenShift deployments
- Experience with Spring Security, JPA, XML, XSLT, JAXB, JAXP, MVC and various design patterns
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or Test‑Driven Development environments
- Experience in project life cycle activities on development and enhancement projects
- In‑depth knowledge of modern application architecture and practical experience with Microservices
- Experience with Microservice Architecture principles and patterns
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot and Event Driven Services
- Strong API design knowledge
- Some experience with DevOps practices such as Pipelines, CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of Domain‑Driven Design
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
- Mandatory skills: Java, Springboot, Microservices
- Desired skills: NoSQL databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline
