The profile sought is as follows: Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role; Have development experience in agile and waterfall environments; Proficiency in Java and SQL languages and related technologies; Demonstrate expertise with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and MapStruct; Design application programming interfaces and microservices architectures; Use Maven, Git, GitHub Actions, and continuous integration and deployment mechanisms; Apply software development best practices, including clean architecture, clean code, and design patterns; Understand cloud concepts and modern architecture principles; Leverage artificial intelligence tools to improve the efficiency and quality of development; Demonstrate curiosity, autonomy and a willingness to learn continuously; Communicate effectively and popularize technical concepts to various stakeholders; Collaborate effectively with team members and actively contribute to the achievement of common goals.
