Key Responsibilities
- Development & Support: Handle hands-on coding, testing, log investigations, and production support across various projects.
- Automation & Quality: Drive a Test-Driven Development (TDD) culture and implement automated testing.
- Full Lifecycle Delivery: Participate in all software stages, from business analysis to production capacity planning.
- Continuous Improvement: Adopt modern development best practices and proactively learn new languages and deployment models.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 3+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Core Technical Skills: Proficient with SQL, Linux Bash scripting, and/or Python scripting. Highly capable of diving into system logs for troubleshooting.
- Languages: Fluent in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
- Preferred Assets: Experience with Java programming, Capital Markets technology, or RPA tools.
