Job Summary
We are looking for a local candidate to join our Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) team in a hybrid work environment. This role focuses on supporting and integrating chatbot and IVA solutions through API development and management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with APIs, API testing tools, and backend integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain API integrations for Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) and chatbot solutions.
- Use Postman to test, validate, and troubleshoot API functionality.
- Work with Apigee to manage and support API services.
- Create and maintain JSON request and response payloads.
- Support application deployments and troubleshooting across E2, E4, and Production environments.
- Integrate APIs with SQL Server stored procedures to retrieve and update data.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure reliable API performance and successful application integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve API and integration-related issues.
Required Qualifications
- Local candidate available to work a hybrid schedule.
- Ability to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Experience working with REST APIs and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with chatbot or Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) platforms.
- Proficiency with Postman for API testing and validation.
- Experience using Apigee for API management.
- Strong understanding of JSON.
- Experience working in E2, E4, and Production environments.
- Experience calling SQL Server stored procedures.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
