Equisoft, a leader in digital solutions for the insurance industry, is seeking a Senior Developer for its Montreal or Quebec City office. In this full-time, permanent role, you will design, develop, and implement web-based applications for the Equisoft/Carbon product. You'll collaborate within an Agile environment to enhance application features while ensuring robust coding practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a dynamic team in Agile settings
• Develop and implement secure, efficient code
• Analyze and refine business feature requirements
• Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure software quality through rigorous testing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or IT
• 8 to 10 years’ relevant experience
• Proficient in Kotlin, Java or .Net, and SQL
• Strong experience with microservice architecture
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps
