Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer- .NET, C#, SQL Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Pipeline Development: Design and develop the automated PowerShell pipeline to synchronize Active Directory group membership on a daily basis.
. Database Design: Conduct SQL table and view design within Microsoft SQL Server to manage high risk staff data.
. Automation & Scripting: Write PowerShell automation scripts using System.DirectoryServices for AD synchronization and configure Windows Task Scheduler.
. Integration: Ensure seamless integration across Active Directory, SQL Server, and HR data platforms, including configuring automated email notifications.
. Agile Delivery: Adopt Agile methodologies with a strong focus on Test Driven Development (TDD) and ensure all code quality standards are met.
. Documentation: Produce High Level Design (HLD) documentation, interface specifications, and comprehensive operational runbooks.
. System Analysis: Reverse engineer existing setups where necessary and perform SOAP/WSDL analysis for secure web service communication.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills:
. Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Web Services (ASMX), XML, and SOAP.
. Scripting & Automation: Advanced PowerShell scripting, Windows automation skills, and Windows Server management.
. Active Directory: Deep understanding of AD concepts, including AD permissions, delegation, and domain structure.
. Database: Strong database design skills using Microsoft SQL Server (writing complex views, stored procedures, and tables).
. Tools: Visual Studio, IIS management, and awareness of ServiceNow integration.
. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
. Strong communication and collaboration skills
. Experience: Proven track record in full end to end software development lifecycle (SDLC) within a regulated or security focused environment.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
