Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an.NET Developer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
What a typical day looks like:
- Develop business solutions by working with required stakeholders to develop the strategy for implementation.
- Analysis and Design.
- Good understanding and experience following design patterns, test-driven development, and continuous integration practices.
- Software prototyping and construction.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create new products.
- Understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage them.
- Solution testing / QA before turnover to other teams for testing and user sign-off.
- Troubleshoot and research codes to find causes of errors and revise programs.
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems.
- Research new technologies and incorporate them into system solutions.
- Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, rationale, coding, testing changes, and corrections.
- Assists for UAT (User Acceptance Test).
- Upgrades system and corrects errors to maintain system after implementation.
- May review project proposal or plan to choose timeframe, and funding requirements, and proceedures for accomplishing project goals.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar
- Advanced English.
- Previous experience in similar positions.
- Artificial Intelligence & GenAI Expertise
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and NLP.
- Experience with GenAI models like GPT, Llama, Claude, or open-source alternatives.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.
- Cloud Architecture & Management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on AI/ML workloads.
- Experience designing scalable AI architectures in the cloud (serverless, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, networking, and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with AI/ML services (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI).
- Hands-on experience with cloud automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep).
- Software Development & Engineering
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or other programming languages relevant for AI.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Strong grasp of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS).
