Lead Developer (Node.js/python)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Developer with a strong background in either Node.js or Python to join our tech-forward team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design scalable and efficient solutions meeting business needs
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate systems and technologies smoothly
- Oversee code reviews and maintain high standards of software quality
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance
- Ensure adherence to best practices and software development lifecycle
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize code for maximum efficiency
- Participate in Agile meetings and provide timely updates
- Handle version control and documentation of software development
- Research emerging trends and technologies in software development
- Address technical issues and challenges faced by the development team
REQUIREMENTS :
- 5+ years of experience in software development with Node.js or Python
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Competency in working with Azure Infrastructure or Informatica
- Background in integrating systems using various technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Qualifications in Integration Platforms or Java
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP
- Experience with Agile methodologies
