Detailed Job description
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS desktop operating systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues including laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access using Active Directory, Azure AD.
- Perform software installations, updates, and patching using tools like SCCM, Intune.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues such as DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi connectivity, and VPN failures.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle difficult user situations professionally, and maintain SLA commitments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and development teams to resolve cross‑functional technical issues.
- Support email configuration, mailbox issues, distribution lists, and Outlook performance troubleshooting.
- Analysis of requirements for new business initiatives and practice in estimation of work product.
- Create and deploy Intune packages publishing the required application.
Responsibilities

- Requirement gathering to define the scope of the project. Create requirement specification design documents in Microsoft Visio that evolves the high level and details level of the solution.
- Administering and ensuring availability of Technologies such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Windows & VMware based Fault Tolerant Clusters, Microsoft Exchange and Intune.
- Monitoring, Managing and troubleshooting Server infrastructures hosted in remote locations over Physical hardware and Virtualized platforms such as Microsoft Hyper‑V, Azure, VMware Private and public cloud solutions and Citrix Servers.
- Improve the response time for users accessing application over WAN from different geographies by utilizing features in Intune etc.
- Managing O365 email boxes using PowerShell scripts.
- Maintaining and updating periodic McAfee Anti‑virus DAT versions and policies in all workstations using E‑policy Orchestrator server.
- Processing service tickets within SLA and following the proper ITIL process, change management for software installation and uninstallation, problem management for resolving re‑occurring incidents.
- Performing the complete work following ITIL Process (Problem mgmt., Change mgmt.)
- Installing and troubleshooting operating systems such as Windows 10 and 11 and installing and managing applications and third‑party software installation and provided.
