With growth of our business activity, we are seeking for a full-time developer programmer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Work closely with internal stakeholders and business clients to understand software requirements and recommend practical technical solutions.
(2) Analyse existing software systems, identify performance issues and areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and reliability.
(3) Design, develop and maintain software applications, system integrations and customised business solutions to support the company's retail and IT service operations.
(4) Produce clean, efficient and well-structured program code in accordance with established coding standards and project specifications.
(5) Conduct software testing, troubleshoot application issues, resolve defects and ensure all programs perform reliably before deployment.
(6) Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides and system procedures to support ongoing system maintenance and future development.
(7) Participate in software planning, solution evaluation and technology upgrade projects by providing technical advice, effort estimates and implementation recommendations.
(8) Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure software solutions integrate effectively with existing infrastructure and business processes.
