Our client is a well-established property investment and management group with a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail assets. With a strong focus on maintaining high-quality properties and delivering value across their portfolio, they are looking for a hands‑on professional to join their team and take ownership of a broad range of property projects and tenant-related requirements.
This role will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle across commercial office and retail spaces, from tenant take-backs and reinstatement through to refurbishment, fit‑out, maintenance and final handover. You will liaise closely with tenants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders, while ensuring statutory compliance across areas such as electrical, fire and plumbing certifications. The role will also involve managing signage installations, conducting snagging inspections, reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, analysing costs, negotiating with contractors, controlling project budgets and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to the required quality standards and with all close‑out documentation completed.
The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded property professional with solid experience in project coordination or project management within the commercial property environment. You will need to be confident dealing with tenants, contractors and multiple stakeholders, with strong knowledge of building compliance, refurbishments, fit‑outs and maintenance projects. A practical, hands‑on approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage budgets, timelines and competing priorities will be essential, along with the confidence to interpret technical drawings and drive projects through to successful completion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
