Senior Developer position (Python + React + RDBMS)

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (API) and React (TypeScript)
Own modules end-to-end, including design, development, integration, and deployment
Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 developers
Participate in customer discussions , requirement analysis, and code-level design for application
Handle application deployments and environment setup
Write and maintain unit test scripts for frontend and backend
Ensure effective Git repository management and version control practices
Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
Any bachelor degree
Experience :
6-10 years of overall IT experience in software development
Mandatory/requires Skills :
6-10 years of overall IT experience in software development
Recent 2-3 years strong hands-on experience in:
Python API development (e.g., FastAPI/Django)
React with TypeScript
Database design and programming (MS SQL, PostgreSQL or similar)
Strong experience in database-centric web applications
Proven experience in team mentoring and technical leadership
Hands-on experience with code integration and module orchestration
Preferred Skills :
Exposure to AI/ML-based applications
Experience with Azure DevOps
Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
