Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Developer to design and develop high‑quality web solutions. You will work in a collaborative environment, build prototypes, support SharePoint, and collaborate on blockchain and Treasury projects.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimise websites to meet visual, usability, and performance standards.
Develop prototype systems to test new technologies.
Make technology recommendations and evaluate suppliers.
Research financial sector technology, maintain a knowledge base, and support treasury applications.
Participate in development of a blockchain platform for financial systems.
Assist with ad‑hoc projects, audit implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and support SharePoint sites, including design, optimisation, custom development, and records‑management metadata.
Support Windows, telecom, and remote‑access environments, and perform patch management.
Document IT processes and ensure records‑management compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Java developer.
Experience with SharePoint, InfoPath, and custom web development.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
