In this role you provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with Java/Spring Boot and contribute to frontend work with React and TypeScript as needed. You will steer the technical direction of the CLM Team, collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, and other engineers to deliver scalable, secure solutions. You’ll apply advanced design patterns and distributed-system concepts to shape impactful wealth-management software. This is an opportunity to lead, mentor, and shape delivery at scale.

• Architect and implement Spring Boot microservices and shared libraries addressing cross-cutting concerns (logging, security, messaging)
• Design scalable, maintainable software aligned with business and architectural goals
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to refine requirements and trade-offs
• Set technical direction, establish best practices, ensure consistency across solutions
• Apply patterns like Inbox/Outbox, event-driven processing, CQRS where appropriate
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, share knowledge and coaching
• Develop frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript when needed
• Apply Java design patterns and engineering best practices for quality and maintainability
• Analyze complex technical challenges and devise efficient solutions

Responsabilidades
• Expert-level Java development with Spring Boot and Spring Security
• Proven Technical Lead or Development Lead experience
• Strong Maven, microservices, and distributed systems background
• Solid software architecture and system design understanding
• Deep knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and performance xqbhyrx
• Proficiency in Java design patterns and engineering best practices
• Experience with integration and architectural patterns (Inbox/Outbox, event-driven)
• Experience with Kafka and other messaging queues
• Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine requirements
• Mentoring, coaching, and code-review skills
• Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities
• Experience with Oracle databases and Java integration
