Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:
- Take charge of support requests and contribute to the resolution of incidents and problems
- Act as a dispatcher in the claims management process
- Configure, maintain and evolve development infrastructures
- Develop, program, deploy and upgrade common tools and modules
- Perform unit, functional and integrated testing
- Ensure the maintenance and evolution of software and software packages related to development infrastructures
- Produce, update and maintain technical documentation
- Install, certify and support common tools and modules in different environments
- Accompany users and provide the necessary support to maintain the expected levels of service
- Leverage expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization
- Carry out operational requests related to the position, including occasional support outside of normal working hours
- Perform any other activities required for the project
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an analyst-programmer, including at least three (3) years in the last five (5) years;
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a development support role;
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience with C# and/or VB.NET;
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in server component development (backend);
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Azure DevOps;
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with one or more of the following technologies: PowerShell, Microsoft Azure, Oracle, BizTalk or YAML.
