Job Description
IT Development Manager
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the implementation of the System, the implementation of the Portal and customization of CMP and ITSM software.
- Minimum 8 years of IT work experience
- Experience in leading a team of not less than 4 persons to implement web application or e-commerce project(s)
- Experience in configuration, customization and supporting the existing IT Service Management (ITSM) software or the proposed ITSM solution
- Candidates with project experience with the government would be preferred
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
- Holder of valid ITIL Intermediate Level or above certification
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Implementation of the System, the implementation of the Portal and customization of CMP and ITSM software.
- Minimum 5 years of IT work experience
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
- Holder of valid ITIL Intermediate Level or above certification
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Experience in configuration, customisation and supporting the existing IT Service Management (ITSM) software or the proposed ITSM solution
- Experience in requirement study, SA&D and system development
- Candidates with project experience with the government would be preferred
IT Analyst / IT Programmer (Cloud Project)
- Minimum 3 years of IT work experience
- Implementation of the System, the implementation of the Portal and customization of CMP and ITSM software.
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Experience in application design, implementation and programming
- Experience in configuration, customisation and supporting the existing IT Service Management (ITSM) software or the proposed ITSM solution
- Candidates with project experience with the government would be preferred
