We are looking for individuals to join our Product Development Engineering Program in Muscatine, IA! New hires will start in January 2027 or June 2027.
OurHNI Development Programis a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various marketing functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, direct exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop cohort relationships through cross-functional team projects. Once you’ve completed the rotational development program, you’ll be prepared for a role likely within one of the rotational functions. Where you will begin will be in part based on your talents and strengths, your interests, and available roles upon program completion.
What You Have:
- Prospective candidates are required to hold a Four-year degree in Engineering or Industrial
- Technology prior to their start date.
- Minimum 2.8 GPA
- High academic achievement in their education pursuits
- Engineering internship/work experience is highly preferred

- Self-starter who thrives on problem-solving and embraces change
- Strong leadership characteristics and active in college activities
- Adaptable and flexible
- Dedicated team-player, strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
