Must Have
- Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid infrastructure environments across public cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Linux solutions, Software as a Service (SaaS), Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solutions and on‑premises systems.
- Manage and support identity and access controls using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Familiar with setting up and maintaining development environments using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, and Maven.
- Ability to design, build, and administer CI/CD pipelines for continuous development and deployment.
Description
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support cloud environments to create digital products.
- Monitor and assess the performance of applications in a cloud environment to ensure solutions are available.
- Create, test, and implement safeguards to maintain data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.
- Assess frameworks, platforms, or tech stacks to assist in creating cloud‑based solutions.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities.
- Create safeguards for data integrity and security.
General Skills
- Experience in one of the leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in maintaining complex Linux cloud environments (CentOS, Ubuntu, CoreOS) supporting modern web technologies (LAMP, MEAN, Drupal, Elasticsearch).
- Experience setting up development environments using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PHP, Java, JavaScript, and Node.
- Experience with build tools such as Git, Ansible, Chef, Puppet for CI.
- Knowledge of container‑based virtualization such as Docker.
- Experience building APIs and integrations.
- Experience applying industry web architectural and security standards.
- Experience in mobile device management.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
- Experience with workspace security and access controls.
Evaluation Criteria
Cloud and Infrastructure (40%)
- Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid infrastructure environments across Azure, AWS, Linux, SaaS, COTS, and on‑prem systems.
- Maintain Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and network services.
- Assess frameworks, platforms, and tech stacks.
- Design and build cloud environments.
- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, Java, JavaScript, Node).
- Experience with Git, Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
- Experience building APIs.

- Performance monitoring, reliability, capacity, and change management compliance.
- Support incident response and root‑cause analysis.
DevOps and Automation (20%)
- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Maven.
- Design, build, and administer CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
- Support Docker and Kubernetes platforms.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and auditability.
- Mentor team members.
Security and Compliance (20%)
- Apply security best practices and policies.
- Experience with Radware, Dynatrace, Splunk.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and audit systems.
- Understand web architecture security standards.
- Identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
- Maintain audit logging across cloud and on‑prem.
- Manage and monitor logs for infrastructure access and CI/CD.
- Integrate Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, SIEM, ELK.
- Support audits, reporting, and analysis.
- Assist in forensic investigations and incident reviews.
- Support vulnerability management and remediation.
Project Management Skills (15%)
- Project planning, scope, and resource allocation.
- Risk management and mitigation.
- Stakeholder communication.
- Roadmap and modernization planning.
General Skills (5%)
- Maintain SOP documentation and audit evidence.
- Document logging standards and release procedures.
- Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts.
