Job Title: DevOps / Cloud Engineer / Project Engineer (Azure, Kubernetes, Python, CI/CD, Contact Center)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior DevOps / Cloud / System Engineer.
Responsibilities
• Implement, configure, and support comprehensive Contact Center solutions, routing, Interactive Voice Response, Computer Telephony Integration, and omnichannel platforms.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Session Initiation Protocol telephony, Voice over Internet Protocol, and Session Border Controllers using AudioCodes technology.
• Manage and maintain Genesys platforms, including Genesys Engage, PureConnect, and Genesys Cloud Customer Experience solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage Azure landing zones, cloud-based infrastructure, and containerized applications using Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Manage and configure Microsoft Endpoint Manager for efficient endpoint management, support Microsoft 365 services, and deploy Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Lead Azure migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and successful transition of workloads.
• Conduct System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and performance validation to ensure system reliability and successful failover.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system designs, test cases, change plans, and as-built documents.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure and cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and smooth system transitions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to provide technical input for project planning and client meetings.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• One to three years of professional experience in Cloud services, System Engineering, Contact Center, Voice, or Enterprise Telephony environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure setup, landing zones, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, M365 services, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Azure migration processes.
• Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services, including Identity and Access Management, networking, and Application Programming Interface gateways.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Maintain technical knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Proficient in scripting and automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, or Azure CLI.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab, is highly preferred.
• Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are highly desirable.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems along with Structured Query Language Server or Oracle databases.
• Display strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capacity to communicate effectively in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain professional proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
