Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps engineer with strong expertise in Ansible, automation, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and observability. The role supports mission‑critical financial applications and requires hands‑on engineering, infrastructure automation, and cross‑team collaboration.

- Strong hands‑on experience with Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, YAML)
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration & scripting (Python, Bash, Shell)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins, GitLab)

- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Certifications
Certifications in DevOps / Ansible / Cloud technologies (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, operations, and security teams to design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure
- Automate deployment, scaling, and observability of applications and services
- Continuously optimize system performance, availability, and security
- Work with SRE teams to design deployment pipelines, incident response, and recovery plans
- Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours support and maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps or SRE roles within automation‑focused environments
- Must have financial industry experience
- Strong experience with configuration management (Ansible, YAML)
- Strong experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Strong experience with observability & logging tools (Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, CloudWatch)
- Strong scripting/programming skills: Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript
- Strong experience with security & compliance in regulated industries
- Strong GitOps experience and expertise with Git tooling (GitHub preferred)
- Experience with OOP, SOLID principles, API design & implementation
- Experience with ITIL processes (change, problem, configuration, release management)
- Strong communication, documentation, and mentoring skills
