About the team
Control Panel Development team’s main product is HostPilot / Control Panel — a web administrative portal that allows Intermedia customers and partners to manage their services, users, devices, subscriptions and related account settings.
The team also supports core backend services and integrations around Control Panel, including synchronization, directory, notifications, Partner Portal integrations, BFF services, .NET-based services, Angular frontends and supporting infrastructure.

What you will be doing:

  • Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy.
  • Deploy and support applications across development, testing and production environments.
  • Automate infrastructure and configuration management using Ansible.
  • Support Windows (IIS/ARR) and Linux-based environments.
  • Help operate Kubernetes-hosted applications and modern cloud-native services.
  • Monitor production systems, investigate incidents and improve platform reliability.
  • Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure and application issues.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable production releases.
  • Contribute to operational documentation and deployment runbooks.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 3+ years' experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering or Systems Administration.
  • Experience administering both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Strong Ansible experience.
  • Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience supporting web applications in production.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S) and TLS.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging platforms.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (B2 or above).
Nice to Have:
  • Azure experience.
  • Octopus Deploy.
  • RabbitMQ.
  • SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • NGINX and reverse proxy configuration.
  • ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
  • Production incident management.
  • Secrets management.
  • Experience migrating legacy applications to containers.
  • Familiarity with .NET application deployments.
Our Stack:
  • Mostly Windows servers, including IIS and ARR module.
  • Linux servers for supporting services and modern application hosting.
  • CI via GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, including YAML and classic pipelines.
  • CD via Octopus Deploy, including native steps and custom script steps.
  • Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code via Ansible.
  • Docker, Kubernetes and NGINX for new .NET Core, Angular and BFF services hosting.
  • Monitoring via Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, BigPanda and PagerDuty.
