What You Need Honours degree (or 4-year equivalent) with a strong software focus 10+ years industry experience 5+ years software engineering in OO: Java / C++ 5+ years Dev Ops experience Solid command of Docker, Linux, Bash, Python Someone who thinks deeply, learns fast, and handles complexity without flinching What You’ll Do Work with an elite engineering team (curiosity and communication are essential) Solve complex problems daily - architecture, design, optimisation Contribute to high-end software for the financial investment industry Operate across the full development lifecycle - no silos Bring enthusiasm, ownership, and proper engineering discipline
