Key Responsibilities
Application Architecture & Platform Management
- Led the migration and modernization of a business-critical legacy platform from an external datacenter to internally managed infrastructure, ensuring seamless service continuity and data integrity.
- Served as technical lead for 50+ enterprise applications, supporting over 5,000 users globally and maintaining 99.99%+ service availability.
- Managed the full application lifecycle, including installation, configuration, deployment, upgrades, patching, and production support.
- Provided advanced L2/L3 support across applications, middleware, networking, and infrastructure components.
- Coordinated stakeholders, vendors, and operational teams to deliver reliable services aligned with ITIL, change management, and SDLC governance.
DevOps Engineering & Platform Modernization
- Drove DevOps and platform modernization initiatives through GitOps, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, and containerized deployments.
- Designed and managed CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD, enabling secure, auditable, and efficient software releases.
- Administered Kubernetes-based platforms (VMware Tanzu), Docker containers, and Helm deployments to improve scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency.
- Implemented monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace and Splunk to enhance service reliability and accelerate incident resolution.
- Applied DevSecOps practices using HashiCorp Vault and security frameworks including OWASP, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
