What you'll do
Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions using cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process and ensure seamless integration of code changes.
Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and troubleshoot deployment-related problems.
Implement security best practices across all environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in on‑call rotations to provide support for production systems and respond to incidents as they arise.
Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies that can enhance our DevOps practices and improve overall efficiency.
Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Requirements
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in a cloud environment.
Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby for automation tasks.
Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and best practices in system administration.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement in DevOps practices.
Nice to have
Experience with serverless architectures and microservices design principles.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello for project management.
Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Previous experience in a startup environment or working with rapidly evolving technologies.
