What You'll do:
- Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure.
- Automate builds, testing, quality checks, security scans, and deployments.
- Implement rolling, blue/green, canary, and automated rollback strategies.
- Create reusable pipeline templates, IaC modules, and deployment standards.
- Support Kubernetes and container platforms.
- Implement end-to-end observability with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
- Support incident response, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices, including SAST, DAST, secrets scanning, vulnerability management, and SBOM.
- Collaborate with developers, Cloud Engineers, Security, and Operations to improve the delivery platform.

Who You Are:
- Strong experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
- Hands-on knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and deployment strategies.
- Solid understanding of Linux, cloud, networking, and scripting.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
- Strong DevSecOps mindset, including security and vulnerability scanning.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and incident management.
- Comfortable with Git, branching strategies, versioning, and artifact management.
- Proactive, collaborative, and focused on automation and continuous improvement.
