Dev Ops Engineer (Hybrid position)

The role is a Cloud & Platform Engineer with a strong focus on Azure infrastructure, site reliability, Dev Ops, automation, security, and. NET development. The engineer will architect, build, and optimize cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security while integrating Dev Ops best practices.
What You'll Do
Architect, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on Azure.
Lead migration of workloads within Azure, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
Optimize and maintain Azure Service Fabric Cluster (SFC) and API Management (APIM).
Implement best practices for Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using Terraform, Bicep.
Design and manage networking, storage, and compute services in Azure.
Design and implement high-availability architectures with failover and disaster recovery strategies.
Ensure platform scalability with automated deployments, monitoring, and incident management.
Define and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Indicators (SLIs), and Agreements (SLAs).
Optimize cost, performance, and security of cloud services.
Implement observability tools such as Azure Monitor, ELK, Grafana, and Application Insights.
Automate system health checks, self-healing mechanisms, and infrastructure scaling.
Utilize Power Shell, YAML, and Python for automation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
Hands‐on expertise in Azure (Service Fabric, APIM, AKS, Azure Functions, Azure SQL).
Experience in migrating workloads within Azure and implementing hybrid cloud architectures.
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates).
Expertise in. NET Development (C#, ASP. NET Core, Web APIs, Microservices).
Experience with Dev Ops tools like Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, and Jenkins.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Power Shell, Bash, or Python.
Experience with logging and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, ELK, Application Insights.
Strong troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis skills.
Deep understanding of API security, rate‐limiting, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and Zero Trust principles.
Experience with Azure Service Fabric to Kubernetes migration.
Knowledge of Azure Networking (VNETs, Load Balancers, Private Endpoints, Application Gateway).
Certifications such as AZ‐400, AZ‐305, AZ‐104 (Azure certifications).
Experience with serverless architectures such as Azure Functions.
Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and leadership skills in a fast‐paced environment.
