Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Location: Luxembourg or Brussels (hybrid)

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Rate: €500 per day

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevSecops Engineer to join a public sector organisation in Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate security controls throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct source code analysis and drive vulnerability remediation.
• Support DAST and IAST security testing using HCL AppScan.
• Implement and govern secure Git-based development workflows.
• Assess vulnerabilities and establish risk-based remediation priorities.
• Contribute to patch management and vulnerability lifecycle processes.
• Lead technical workshops and engage with customer stakeholders
• Provide expert guidance across multiple cybersecurity disciplines
• Deliver projects successfully, on time, and to a high standard

Experience

• Extensive experience in DevSecOps, Application Security, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong background in secure software development and delivery lifecycles
• Proven expertise in source code analysis and vulnerability remediation
• Hands-on experience with Git-based development workflows
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins and SonarQube
• Experience supporting SVN-to-Git migrations
• Solid understanding of HCL AppScan (DAST and IAST)
