OverviewThe DevOps Engineer bridges the gap between development and operations, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement. The mission of this role is to enhance the delivery pipeline by promoting and implementing practices, architectures, tools, technologies, and automations aligned with the DevOps culture.Key ResponsibilitiesIncrease SDLC efficiency by supporting Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices.Identify and resolve bottlenecks, develop deployment and configuration management automations, and improve the test automation platform.Design, develop, and continuously enhance CI/CD pipeline templates and automations to improve efficiency, increase software quality, and reduce operational risks.Support and enable a container‑based microservices architecture.Collaborate with development teams to adopt containerization, create and maintain containerized applications, and ensure effective orchestration and monitoring of microservices.Participate in architectural and development team activities, promoting principles, practices, and patterns that support the DevOps culture.Stay up to date on DevOps tools and technologies, driving innovation within the Tech area with passion and a proactive mindset.RequirementsHands‑on experience with CI/CD toolchains in complex environments (preferably Azure DevOps).Solid experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java/Groovy, Bash, PowerShell, and Python.Hands‑on experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools (preferably Ansible and Terraform).Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of monitoring platforms (preferably ELK and Prometheus/Grafana).Knowledge of version control systems and build/package management tools (preferably Git, Maven, Helm).Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, ideally within direct retail operations, finance, or consulting supporting direct retail environments.Strong personal task management (assignment, tracking, and quality assessment).Fluent English (spoken and written).Other SkillsA curious, innovative, and energetic attitude towards technology and learning.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Trustworthy and reliable.Team‑oriented mindset.Adaptable and open‑minded.Working ConditionsFull Time.
