Top 3 Skills (Required)- Scripting (Shell & Ruby) – primary tools for automation
- Terraform – infrastructure as code
- Cloud Experience (AWS)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automation and CI/CD pipelines; any repeatable task is expected to be automated
- Support multiple initiatives, including large‑scale cloud projects (e.g., GenAI environments with 170+ accounts across prod and non‑prod)
- Work within monthly sprints, managing work through Jira and intake via ServiceNow
- Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure, leadership, and business partners to deliver automation solutions and business use cases
- Participate in daily standups and follow established Agile/Jira processes
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab, Chef
- OS & Scripting: Linux, Windows, Shell, Ruby (primary), PowerShell
- Exposure to GenAI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Amazon Q, LLMs) is a plus
Team & Logistics
- 5‑person centralized DevOps/Automation team
- Open to candidates focused on infrastructure automation, application automation, or both
- Currently remote; Eastern Time preferred, other time zones considered
- AWS certification is a plus
