DevOps Engineer Full-Time, Hybrid About Us :Servis.ai is an AI-powered business operations platform that unifies CRM, scheduling, case management, and workflow automation into one intelligent system of record.We help organizations—especially in healthcare and manufacturing—streamline customer-facing operations and deliver exceptional service with clarity, speed, and insight.We're looking for a hands-on Release & Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of our Continuous Release Build (CRB) process and AWS environments, driving automation, stability, and cost efficiency across our stack.
Key Responsibilities :Release Engineering / CRB- Own and improve the Continuous Release Build (CRB) system for FreeAgent / ai.
- Manage build pipelines across Bitbucket Pipelines, AWS CodeDeploy / CodePipeline, and Jenkins (legacy).
- Automate version tagging, environment configuration, and artifact- Monitor and continuously improve release reliability, rollback processes, and deployment- Coordinate releases with QA and product teams to ensure smooth productionAWS Infrastructure Management- Oversee and maintain AWS environments, including Aurora PostgreSQL, EC2, ECR, S3, CloudFront, and- Implement infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform or- Optimize AWS usage to control costs, right-size services, and reduce- Manage IAM roles, OIDC integrations, and environment credentials- Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observabilityAutomation C Simplification- Automate environment provisioning, deployment, and data migration processes.
- Streamline Dev Staging Production- Simplify configuration management and secrets- Reduce friction for developers by improving local build and deployment Qualifications :- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Cloud- Strong experience with AWS (ECS, EC2, ECR, S3, RDS/Aurora, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Proficiency with CI/CD systems (Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Experience with js / Docker-based build environments.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL administration and performance- Solid understanding of cost optimization and infrastructure- Comfortable with bash scripting, YAML, and infrastructure code- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and desire to simplify complex Bonus Skills :- Experience migrating from Jenkins to AWS-native or Bitbucket-native- Exposure to io, multi-tenant architectures, or sharded databases.
