We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join ahigh-throughput enterprise platform operating at large scale. The role focuseson strengthening reliability, scalability, and security across a cloud-nativeinfrastructure environment supporting mission-critical systems.
Theconsultant will join an international platform engineering team workingalongside backend engineers, SRE specialists, and cloud architects in aproduct-oriented delivery model. The team operates in Agile with two-weeksprints and shared ownership of infrastructure, automation, and deploymentpipelines.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters
- Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitOps and tools such asJenkins, Bitbucket, or GitHub
- Manage container platforms using OpenShift, Docker Registry, Helm,and Kustomize
- Deploy and maintain AWS infrastructure focusing on security,resilience, and cost efficiency
- Administer and harden Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments
- Automate infrastructure and operational workflows using Bash andPython
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline deployments andreduce delivery cycle time
- Implement andmaintain observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform
- Extensive experience delivering solutions on AWS
- Experience with GitOps practices and CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins,Bitbucket, or GitHub
- Solid Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration skills
- Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
- Strong understanding of cloud provisioning and Infrastructure as Codepatterns
- Experience working in Agile engineering environments
- Availability to start quickly with short notice preferred
- Willingness to attendthe Warsaw office occasionally
Nice to have
- Experience working on high-throughput or highlyscalable platforms
- Background in gaming, fintech, or otherhigh-availability systems
- Experience with observability platforms anddistributed system monitoring
- Exposureto product-oriented platform engineering teams
