Role Overview
Looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support and enhance the IT Service Management (ITSM) Platform. The role focuses on platform configuration, process implementation, continuous improvement, and delivering a smooth user experience across ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Request, Change, and Asset Management.
The engineer will work within a DevOps squad, collaborating with Process Owners and Product Owners to implement scalable solutions using out-of-the-box ITSM platform capabilities.
Key Requirements
• Strong experience working with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Service Manager, Halo or similar)
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and processes
• Experience implementing and improving IT service management processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience writing clear technical and user documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a DevOps team
• Basic REST API knowledge is required
• SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with flow-based runbooks is a plus
• HBO-level education or equivalent experience
