Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and manage enterprise deployment environments with a strong focus on air-gapped infrastructure and OpenShift clusters. The ideal candidate will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, manage containerized applications, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and AI solution deployments.
  • Work in air-gapped environments and manage OpenShift clusters.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
  • Manage containers, orchestration platforms, and deployment environments.
  • Monitor application performance, availability, and operational health.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Apply infrastructure security best practices, secrets management, and system hardening.
  • Optimize deployment efficiency, scalability, reliability, and operational costs.
  • Support release management, production deployments, and incident resolution.
  • Collaborate with development, AI, QA, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of DevOps experience.
  • Hands-on experience working in air-gapped environments.
  • Strong experience managing Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
  • Experience automating infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
  • Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
  • Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security.
  • Knowledge of secrets management and infrastructure hardening.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
