About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Lead Engineer to drive CI/CD strategy, cloud automation, and deployment excellence for Azure-based enterprise platforms. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong automation skills, and deep knowledge of Azure services.
What You ll Do
- Own and lead DevOps delivery for Azure cloud applications
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools
- Manage application deployments across multiple environments
- Enable observability through Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and App Insights
- Embed security, compliance, and DevSecOps practices into pipelines
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams
- Identify and resolve pipeline, deployment, and infrastructure issues
- Support release cycles, go-live activities, and production stability
What We re Looking For
- 5 10 years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience
- Azure certification (AZ-400 preferred)
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps Services
- Expertise in CI/CD automation and cloud-native deployments
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes / AKS
- Proficiency in Linux, shell scripting, and Git
- Understanding of Azure networking, security, and governance
- Prior experience in telecom or large enterprise environments is an added advantage
