What we do
Personalization: craft unique user experiences by tailoring content and product selection to individual preferences with advanced algorithms;
Recommendations & Discovery: enhance viewer engagement by surfacing relevant content, driving deeper exploration and content consumption and product discovery;

What you’ll do
As part of our Research & Engineering team, you are responsible for building and maintaining automation, orchestration, installation, and configuration procedures, tailored for both AWS and GCP cloud platforms, as well as for on‑premises infrastructures. Moreover, they work hand‑in‑hand with our Software Engineers to architect and construct streamlined software development pipelines and environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design and implement scalable automation, orchestration, and playbooks to ensure system robustness and maintainability;
Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and processes;
Collaborate with Software Engineers to design and construct efficient software development pipelines and environments.
Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a curious, proactive employee with a genuine passion for technology.
BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline;
Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure;
Experience or familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git;
Experience or familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TravisCI, etc.;
Experience with familiarity with software provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment tools like Ansible and IaaC tools like Terraform;
Experience with familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes;
(Nice to have) Experience with familiarity with monitoring and log‑aggregating frameworks like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk or ELK;
Passionate about experimenting with cutting‑edge technologies;

Rewards & Benefits: we offer a competitive compensation package, with a contract under the CCNL Commercio (Level 2 or 1) and a salary range between €40,000 and €50,000 depending on experience and qualifications, along with Satispay meal vouchers and a yearly welfare allowance of €600. As part of the overall compensation package, employees may also be eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus (MBO), reflecting both individual contribution and company performance.
