Fusion is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us in Woodbridge, NJ, helping build and scale the infrastructure behind our healthcare platform, someone who's as comfortable automating deployments as they are hardening CI/CD pipelines and keeping our systems reliable under real-world load. You'll work closely with our engineering team to keep things running smoothly and securely, while helping us raise the bar on how we ship software. What You’ll Do:This role is vital to our organization's mission and growth, and if selected, you'll work on the following challenging and interesting projects:
- The IT DevOps team is vital to our organizations mission and growth
- As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and managing secure, scalable cloud environments to support our Azure-based EHR solutions
- You will lead cloud migration initiatives, develop CI/CD pipeline automation, and set Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices for client environments
- Advanced Azure Tools & Feature Management: Implement and manage Azure components, including Application Gateway with IP whitelisting, App Container Services, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Traffic Manager
- Configure environments for containerized applications, incorporating DevOps automation to streamline deployments
- Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Develop and maintainIaCsolutions using Terraform to enable repeatable, version-controlled infrastructure
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management, including CI/CD pipeline configuration with GitLab, Octopus Deploy, and other DevOps tools
- Monitoring, Security, & Compliance: Implement robust monitoring at the application, process, and resource levels to ensure high performance and security
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for data protection

- Bachelors orMastersdegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of Azure experience, with advanced skills in secure, optimized cloud architectures
- While we are looking for the brightest minds around, ideal Fusionites should be strong problem solvers, be able to work independently, havegreat communicationskills, and have a fun/energetic personality
- This position requires a strong technical background in Azure, DevOps, and cloud security
- Environment Configuration & Infrastructure Management: Design and build secure, best-practice Azure cloud environments with Resource Groups, VNETs, subnets, and autoscaling capabilities
- Deploy andoptimizeIIS VMs with redundancy and autoscaling to meet high-performance demands
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document architectures, configurations, and best practices for scalability, security, and operational efficiency
- Champion knowledge sharing within the team and across departments, ensuring best practices are consistently applied
- Skills in Application Gateway, App Container Services, Service Bus, Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Traffic Manager
- StrongIaCskills using Terraform, along with DevOps automation experience using tools like GitLab and Octopus Deploy
- Background in cloud security best practices, including firewall configurations, Network Security Groups (NSGs), andiDPSoft Skills: Effective communicator with strong documentation, presentation, and knowledge-sharing abilities Certifications & DevelopmentMindset :Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400)
- This is an Hybrid full time, salaried role based in our Woodbridge, NJ office.
- Our normal hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: 120,000-140,000
