We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the reliability, scalability and performance of mission critical payment platforms used by some of the largest acquirers globally.
In a high availability fintech environment where every second of downtime has a direct business impact, you will play a key role in ensuring system stability, continuous delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
Manage and support cloud and hybrid environments across AWS and Scaleway
Deploy, monitor and optimize serverless and containerized production systems
Administer and troubleshoot Linux environments (Ubuntu virtual machines)
Manage and maintain PostgreSQL databases
Ensure high availability and reliability aligned with strict SLAs
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve incidents to minimize downtime
Collaborate with development and product teams to improve release processes
Support deployments across different time zones when required
Implement and maintain networking and VPN solutions
Contribute to infrastructure automation and configuration management
Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis
Requirements
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
Strong experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu) and virtual machines
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, exposure to Scaleway is a plus
Experience with PostgreSQL administration and performance optimization
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code principles
Experience working with serverless architectures and modern deployment approaches
Solid understanding of networking concepts, VPNs and security best practices
Experience working in high availability and production critical environments
Knowledge of monitoring, alerting and logging tools
Ability to handle production deployments outside regular working hours when needed
Understanding of fintech or payments industry is a strong advantage
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience supporting large scale payment systems or platforms
Exposure to major acquirers or financial ecosystems
Scripting skills (Bash, Python or similar)
