DevOps Engineer will leverage their technical background to help deliver automation and big data analytics for the IC community. You will be trained in DevOps and work alongside a collaborative team of Software Developers, Systems Development Engineers, Network Engineers, and Data Engineers to develop unique software that enables customer networks to safely operate at scale.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and provision AWS resources including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM roles, and VPC configurations to support scalable architecture
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using GitLab and GitHub
- Run routine vulnerability scans, apply patches, and update cloud and physical infrastructures to ensure security compliance
- Design and maintain Kubernetes and EKS clusters to ensure high availability and productivity for the development team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure complete and functional systems that meet all requirements
- Recommend, and when approved, implement process and policy improvements
Requirements
- TS/SCI FSP Clearance
- 10+ years’ experience with DevOps, front end development or full stack development
- Experience with Bash scripting
- Experience working within AWS (Amazon Web Services) environments
- Experience working with Linux administration and systems design
- Experience creating CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with network documentation including security compliance, configuration management, and patching
