We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, infrastructure, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will play a key role in optimizing our development and deployment processes, ensuring reliable and scalable systems, and driving collaboration between development teams and IT.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers to improve deployment processes
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
- Manage and monitor infrastructure (virtual machines, build environment, HW setup)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage version control systems (Git) and branching strategies
- Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration (Docker)
- Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Manage monthly software Releases (scrum WoW)
- Define Roadmap and execution with departments and IT
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection
- Automate provisioning using tools
THIS IS YOU
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows Systems
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jira, Trac, Git, GitLab)
- Experience with Docker, Virtual Machines
- Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail
