Manages the release pipeline for all projects and changes
Handles code releases, deployments, and management of product updates
Sets up tools and required infrastructure based on delivery/project requirements
Automates the deployment process and continuously improves on it
Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software package for deployment.
Helps define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
Ensures that the CRM Platform is running smoothly and efficiently
Monitors D365, Power Platform, and Azure dashboards to ensure that usage and consumptions are within limits by regularly and proactively performing housekeeping activities
CRM license requests approvals and tracking as well as CRM environment inventory maintenance
Makes configuration changes on CRM platform to meet the IT and business requirements
Provides support to build enhancements, production issues, incidents, problems, and nonproduction updates
Generates reports that provide insights into the organizations data and performance
Facilitates the filing of request tickets related to CRM projects, initiatives, and SRs to the appropriate ITG units
Supports the project execution by providing expected artifacts and output as prescribed by the IT SDLC and Governance structure.
Participate in technical training programs, collaborations and knowledge sharing sessions and self-paced learning. Stays informed of new methodologies/approaches/technologies
Participate in the continuous improvement process to ensure that CRM CoE runs effectively and efficiently
Deep understanding of both development and operations processes
Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
Experience in working as a System Administrator or support for SaaSapplications
Experience and knowledge on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and/or Azure Services
Experience/knowledge in using Azure DevOps or other Source Code Management and/or Continuous Integration and Delivery tools
Experience/knowledge on relational database
Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, etc.)
Good knowledge on n-tier web applications
Experience in the development/support of bank/financial applications/systems
