In one sentence 3;We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and maintaining complex Linux environments on Cloud and Onpremise.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud platforms. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of collaborative tools, and the ability to automate system processes.What will your job look like? 3;
- Environment Management: Install, upgrade, refresh, and clone Amdocs OSS environments on Linux systems using Jenkins, Maven, and Nexus as part of Continuous Integration.
- Enterprise Application Management: Manage enterprise applications with architectures based on Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, Tomcat and PostgreSQL.
- Production Cluster Management: Create and integrate production clusters, set up TLS security, configure load balancers, and set up Kafka and JMS messaging systems.
- Automation: Develop and maintain Jenkins automation jobs using Linux shell scripting for various day-to-day tasks.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor environments using the ELK stack and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Deployment: Deploy build artifacts on Kubernetes and WebLogic-based environments.
- Database Management: Install and maintain PostgreSQL clusters, Cassandra and HBASE.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation for installation processes.
- Innovation: Initiate and contribute new ideas in the DevOps field, staying updated with the latest trends.
All you need is... 3;
- Experience in Kubernetes administration
- Azure Cloud administration (IAC - Infrastructure as code)
- DevOps Tools hands-on experience (Ansible, helm, Jenkins, Docker, nexus, git, Kafka, ELK)
- Good knowledge database like Postgres, Cassandra, HBASE
- Nice to have:
- Working experience on JMS, Kafka messaging configuration
- Experience in Cloudera administration
- Terraform knowledge
