DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 2 days onsite) An established Irish financial services organisation is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its Release & Environment Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise integration platforms, automation, CI/CD and environment management within a modern, collaborative technology function. The Role You'll play a key role in maintaining and evolving integration and application platforms, ensuring reliable deployments, stable environments and continuous improvement across development, test and production systems. Working closely with development, QA, operations and architecture teams, you'll help drive automation, improve release processes and support the ongoing reliability of business-critical platforms. Key Responsibilities Administer and support enterprise integration platforms. Manage build, release and environment configuration across multiple environments. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis. Support upgrades, patching, security, access management and platform maintenance. Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in occasional out-of-hours releases and production support when required. About You 3+ years' experience in DevOps, SRE or Release Management. Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins. Strong knowledge of Git, Bash and Python. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Experience administering Linux and Windows environments. Knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP services and enterprise integration technologies. Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across technical teams.
