They are looking for a Senior DevOps / DevSecOps / Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes, container platforms, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, ideally in an industrial/OT environment.
Ideal candidate profile
6–9 years of DevOps/Platform/Infrastructure experience.
Strong hands-on Kubernetes + OpenShift experience.
Expert in Docker/Podman, Helm, GitLab CI/CD and Argo CD.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform).
Strong Linux administration skills.
Knowledge of container security, Keycloak, secrets/access management and observability.
Experience with AWS ECR / GitLab Registry and preferably VMware ESXi.
Able to design deployment, rollback and automation processes.
Understands security-by-design, high availability and cybersecurity in industrial environments.
Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.
Fluent in French and English is important.
In simple terms: They want a hands-on Kubernetes/DevOps engineer, not a pure cloud engineer or software developer, who can build and automate secure container platforms and CI/CD pipelines for an industrial IT environment.
