DevSecOps Engineer :
We’re looking for a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure, ensure security compliance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. This role blends infrastructure, security, and development operations to support production workloads.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)
- Administer EKS clusters and RDS databases
- Use Pulumi for Infrastructure as Code
- Monitor and optimize cloud costs
- Monitoring & Observability
- Deploy tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
- Set up alerts, incident response, and runbooks
- Analyze performance and track SLAs/KPIs
- Security Operations
- Integrate security scans into CI/CD
- Manage vulnerabilities and compliance documentation
- CI/CD Management
- Build and maintain pipelines
- Embed security and quality checks in SDLC
Required Skills :
- Technical
- 3+ years with AWS (EKS, RDS, EC2, VPC, IAM)
- Kubernetes, Helm, container orchestration
- Pulumi, Terraform, GitOps
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger
- Programming
- Bash, Python, or Go
- Git workflows and code reviews
- Security
- Container and network security practices
Preferred Qualifications :
- AWS, CKA/CKAD, or security certifications
- PostgreSQL/MySQL tuning
- GitOps tools: ArgoCD, Flux
- Incident tools: PagerDuty, Opsgenie

- Manage the IT infrastructure as per the requirement of the supported software code
- Create user access workflows and provide user access as per the defined process
- Build and engineer the DevOps tool as per the customization suggested by the client
- Collaborate with development staff to tackle the coding and scripting needed to connect elements of the code that are required to run the software release with operating systems and production infrastructure
- Leverage and use tools to automate testing & deployment in a Dev-Ops environment
- Provide customer support/ service on the DevOps tools
- Timely support internal & external customers on multiple platforms
- Resolution of the tickets raised on these tools to be addressed & resolved within a specified TAT
- Ensure adequate resolution with customer satisfaction
- Follow escalation matrix/ process as soon as a resolution gets complicated or isn’t resolved
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of critical/ repeatable issues
