Job Description
Activity description and concrete tasks:
- Support project teams in the integration and validation of software of voice services.
- Support development, quality assurance and planning as well as implementation of product releases.
- Design further automations of services, processes and/or operating models, carry out performance analyses and tunings as well as error analysis and fixes.
- Support the automation of deployments in all environments.
- Provide a project-specific infrastructure and tool suite for integration and delivery, and administer these.
- Manage projects.
Qualifications
- Linux Administration: Secure operation, analysis of logs and system states.
- Networking Knowledge: IP, routing, firewall, basic understanding of DMZ/proxy.
- Virtualization: VMware operations & basic analysis.
- Chef (Automation): Applying, customizing, and deploying cookbooks.
- Application Deployment: rollouts and deployments.
- Monitoring / Alerting: Proactive monitoring, alert evaluation.
- Troubleshooting: Cross-system root cause analysis.
- Change Management: Performing ITIL- and Telekom-compliant changes.
- Incident Management: Rapid analysis and resolution of incidents.
- IVR: Support in analyzing application errors.
