They are looking for a DevOps leader who still enjoys being hands on with the technology while helping a small team level up how they work.This role sits right in the middle of that transformation.You will split your time between working with the platform and helping shape how the DevOps team operates.
It is roughly a 50 50 balance between hands on engineering and leadership.The environment is already running in AWS with Kubernetes and Python, alongside MariaDB, MySQL and Postgres.
