What You'll Do

As part of the DevOps Platform Team, you will lead the evolution of the software delivery lifecycle and infrastructure automation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and evolving CI/CD strategies across the organization
• Designing, building, and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines for multiple teams and technology stacks
• Implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform and managing GitOps deployments with ArgoCD on Kubernetes
• Establishing DevSecOps standards, templates, observability, and governance best practices

What You'll Need

We are seeking individuals who are team players with an analytical mindset. You'll succeed in this position if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles, working on complex environments
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Kubernetes (OpenShift preferred), Terraform, and CI/CD practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) and scripting for automation (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
• Fluency in English and Spanish
