Senior DevOps Engineer - Transform Financial Tech with Your Expertise

• End-to-end administration, support and lifecycle management of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift container platforms (core focus)

• Build, tune and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support blue-green, canary and rolling deployments with automated emergency rollback mechanisms

• Implement and operate GitOps delivery workflows for consistent, automated cross-cluster application rollouts

• Manage full observability stack including log aggregation, metrics and alerting via Prometheus and ELK Stack; proactively detect and resolve platform anomalies

• Enforce container platform security: regular system patching, container image vulnerability scanning and risk remediation

• Partner closely with software development teams to streamline integration and deployment workflows

• Own production incident response, conduct structured RCA and deliver actionable incident improvement reports

• Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or relevant technical disciplines

• Minimum 3 years+ hands on exposure to Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, NGINX, Linux networking, Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD and Terraform

• Strong practical experience with Red Hat OpenShift & Kubernetes is mandatory

• Confident troubleshooting complex issues across OpenShift / K8s production environments

• Able to guarantee platform reliability, performance and scalability via modern orchestration & observability tooling

• Skilled in Bash / Python scripting for automation

• Working knowledge of mixed infrastructure: Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (KVM, Hyper-V), Docker containers, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• 0–1 years relevant experience will be highly considered; suitable for junior DevOps/SRE talents with solid cloud-native foundations

• RHCE / MCSE / ISO 27001 knowledge as advantages
