For our DevOps Platform team in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and versatile professional with a strong technical background and a passion for platform engineering and automation.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, operate, and continuously improve a scalable, resilient platform and workplaces for development teams.
- Enable automation through CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and self‑service tooling.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Azure cloud, automation tooling, and programming languages.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and efficiency.
- Drive DevOps security by implementing secure coding standards, SAST/DAST, and software supply chain security, embedding security best practices across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Support the adoption of cutting‑edge AI coding assistants and autonomous agents, shaping their use to improve developer experience and engineering workflows.
- Act as a trusted partner to development teams by actively supporting, guiding, and educating engineers, driving best practices, and fostering a strong DevOps culture.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Familiar with various developer workplace tools, CI/CD, code security, and AI coding assistance.
- Strong technical background in Azure cloud, automation tooling, and programming languages.
- Agile, flexible, and appreciative of working in an energetic, dynamic team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, committed, and eager to continuously develop oneself.
