Job Description:
We are seeking three FTC Developers to help drive a large-scale Configuration-as-Code transformation initiative. These roles will focus on building the engineering foundation required to manage infrastructure configuration data through source control, automation, validation, and integration.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a Git-based configuration management repository structure.
- Implement branch protection, pull request workflows, and governance controls.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines to validate configuration data against defined schemas and quality standards.
- Build integrations that export configuration data for AI-assisted analysis and cross-team review processes.
- Develop APIs and automation workflows to synchronize configuration data between enterprise platforms.
- Create and maintain Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) job templates and workflows to automate configuration management activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and platform engineering teams to define standards and automation requirements.
- Produce technical markdown files, implementation guides, and support materials.
- Translate existing configuration baselines to YML
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and pull request-based development workflows.
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or other automation-focused programming languages.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated validation processes.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, data integration patterns, and schema-based data validation.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code, or DevOps engineering practices.
- Experience working with JSON, YAML, and structured configuration data.
